Bilello Motion Conference

Tomorrow, February 8, 2011, 9:30 AM, Judge Berman will hold a conference at 500 Pearl Street, Courtroom 21B, New York, NY 10007, addressing LU157 carpenter Mike Bilello's motion.


02/02/20111027 ENDORSED LETTER addressed to Judge Richard M. Berman from Kenneth Conboy, dated 2/2/2011, re: We have been retained by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (the "UBC") in the above-captioned action. We have received a motion filed pro se by Michael Bilello dated January 25, 2011 (the "Bilello Motion"), purportedly pursuant to the Consent Decree entered by this Court on March 4, 1994 (the "Consent Decree"). The Bilello Motion seeks an order (1) "[s]cheduling District Council Elections on a date certain, and in any event, so that the Election process will be concluded on or before December 31, 2011," and (2) "[d]eclaring the Trusteeship imposed on the District Council by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America on August 10, 2009 terminated as of installation of newly elected District Council Officers as soon as possible thereafter but no later than January 31, 2012...." Billelo Motion at 6. ENDORSEMENT: Mr. Bilello's motion is held in abeyance pending a conference on Tuesday 2/8/2011 @ 9:30 (Courtroom 21B). SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Richard M.
